Amber Skull Drawing Lesson

Create the circle shape for you skull and sketch in the facial guidelines.

Next, let's begin to draw the bone structure for the skull's head and face shape like so. Don't forget to make the cheek bones prominent.

Here you will draw the shape of the small bone of the nose and also add the hollows for the eyes and nasal cavity.

You can choose to draw any flower you like, but I went with a flower that has a lot of loose looking petals. Draw the flowers and proceed to step five.

Lastly, draw the bottom half of the skull's face which is the jaw and teeth. Add the detailing lines to the face of the skull and erase any and all mistakes made.

Here is what the amber skull concept looks like when you're done. All you have to do now is color in the flowers and hollows a pretty amber color.

Description: Here is another really cool skull concept that I know many of you out there will enjoy. What makes this skull tutorial so awesome is the fiery colors used for the flowers and inside the hollows of the eyes, nose and teeth. Looking at this drawing again I can see the raidence of the flaming light reflecting off the bone around the mouth area and head. Today, we will draw an amber skull, step by step. Amber is such a beautiful color and this colored drawing shows how beautiful the color of amber really can be. I've waited a few days to upload this lesson because I wanted to have enough time to create some new tuts that are now uploaded. This is not the last lesson to be submitted so don't go anywhere, more is coming your way.
