Step 1.

First,draw an oval like shape for the head.Then add some light guide lines for later.

Now your going to draw egg shapes for eyes add some feminem lashes,and Add the bangs and mouth.

Now add the body.It is swayed.Add the Arms and legs.Make shoes.Okay Now you getting there! T-SHIRT TIME!xD

Now add The Hair.It's wavy like,add the blushing.Now to the last step-WOOHOOO!

Erase the mistakes-now add my favorite part!The Heart Balloon.It could be broken or however you want it....
