How to Draw a Cobra

Ok, let's just jump right in and draw the beginning stages of his head. Then work on the lower jaw.

Next, draw the cobra's facial features as well as the innards of his mouth. I loved drawing its fangs!

Then, here's a more complicated step; draw the shape of his body including the shape of the hood.

Using lighter lines, sketch the detailing of the underbelly of the hood.

Using light lines once again, sketch the underbelly details and finish the rest of the body overlapped by the fore body.

Description: I don't know about you guys, but one of my favorite snakes to draw besides the anaconda, is easily the cobra. I wanted to make this cobra very easy to draw and not complicated like a lot of other tutorials I've witnessed throughout the years. So without further ado, let's move onto this radical lesson that will give you brief yet simple instructions on drawing a cobra snake!
