How to Draw a Baby Mummy

Step 1.


Begin with a couple circles for the head and body for your baby mummy character. Sketch in the facial guidelines and limb guides too.

Step 2.


Define the head shape like so.

Step 3.


Using the facial guides, draw the shapes of the eyes, then draw the mouth in full detail. Add a hole for the nose before moving to the next step.

Step 4.


Add shading to the holes of the eyes, nose and mouth.

Step 5.


Add the bandage layers which run across the face/head.

Step 6.


We will draw the baby mummy's arm which is reaching out and slightly bends at the elbow. Then draw the hand followed by the bandages.

Step 7.


Go ahead and draw the rest of the body in a very simple format. Don't draw the bandages yet, you need to erase the guidelines.

Step 8.


Draw in the other hand which is peaking between the arm and knee.

Step 9.


Now you can finish your baby mummy off by adding all the bandages wrapped around the body and limbs. Erase the mistakes if you made any as well as any visible guides.

Step 10.


Here is the line art when you done. Color in your baby mummy.
