How to Draw a Baby Dinosaur, Baby Dinosaur

Before you actually draw the head or face of the dinosaur, you will first need to get the top or broken piece of the egg shell drawn first. Do this by making a half circle, and then be sure that the edging is serrated. Include some cracks like so, an

Now you will draw out the three fourth view profile of the dinosaurs face, and when you do so draw the small rounded spikes on the back of the head and skinny neck.

Draw the eyes, and when you do so be sure to make thick, dark, bold eye lines. You will then sketch in some nose holes, a slight hint of a mouth, and then sketch in the brows and texture speckles.
5
Draw out the large shell that the small dinosaur sits in. Again, make the edging of the shell cracked and pointed.

Draw the other side of the shell, and then sketch in the small cracks. Erase the lines and shapes that you made in step one.

Description: So I was looking through the dinosaur section yesterday and I was looking to see if I had ever made a tutorial on a baby dinosaur. For a while I was asking myself “how I could not have made such a lesson”. When I was just about to look somewhere else, there it was a tutorial on "how to draw a baby dinosaur", step by step. My jaw just instantly dropped out of shock because of the hideous drawn concept. I can’t believe I actually even called the submission a baby dinosaur. Now because I absolutely hate the drawing I did in the past, I am now submitting a better, newer version of a baby dinosaur and hopefully you all enjoy this one much better. Instead of a chibi design, I went with an actual baby type of concept. The dinosaur is a hatchling, and instead of making the whole body, you will only be drawing the head, and cracked egg shell. Let me know if you like this version of "how to draw a baby dinosaur", and I will do my best to not ever make such a horrible design. I have to bounce out of here because there is much more work to do. Have fun and be sure to rate, comment, and fav the submissions you love, or hate.
