Start off with almost a perfect circle. There will be a good sized gap on the right side of the circle like you see here.

Next, draw the inner shape of the circle to make a crescent shape like you see here. The crescent is very piercing.

Draw a cute little arm and hand reaching out as if to hug something.

Draw in another arm and hand. But this time the arm and hand is hugging the crescent moon.

Draw two loving faces with the eyes shut and smiles like so.

That's it, you are done. Friends forever right? What a cute moon concept.

Description: Drawing a moon is easy. When you make something out of a simple concept and draw out an idea just because you thought it would be cool is what you call taking a risk. No one knows how an idea will turn out unless you act on it. I always say; "don't talk about it, be about it". In this lesson we will be learning how to draw a moon but with this moon it is hugging the space around it. Have fun with this adorable concept. I will be back in a bit so stick around.
