Dark Aurora Drawing Lesson
1
Let us start with a guide shape for the head and then another guide shape for the torso. When that is all done you can sketch in some facial guidelines and her arm guides.
2
Up next, define the shape of her face like so, then draw in the bangs and one thick chunk of hair with a curl at the end.
3
For the third step, all you have to do is draw in her face. This should include the eyebrows, eyes and then her nose and mouth. Add the nose ring and then the thick lashes.
4
We will create the head shape by drawing in the rest of the hairstyle. The length of her hair should be well past her arms. Don't forget the curls at the ends of her hair as well.
5
Up next, draw the shape of her neck, then draw in her shoulders followed by her shoulder collar that creates a nice flare for her dress. Add the necklace too.
7
Lastly, add the stitching to her dress and the rest of her hair. When that is set, draw in the crown which should be evil or dark looking. Erase the mistakes and all your guides as well.

Description: After this lesson I will have only one more dark Disney Princess to upload, but in the mean time let's learn how to draw Dark Aurora, step by step. For those of you don't know, Aurora is from The Sleeping Beauty and she is the baby that get's pricked on the finger by a spinning wheel. The recently released film 'Maleficent' is actually the wicked Queen who cast such a spell on baby Aurora to get back at the King. Anyways, this is a super cool tut. The colored concept has her blonde locks turned to black and she is even wearing black eye shadow, red lipstick and she even has an evil looking tiara. Oh yeah, her dress is black as well. That's it folks. You have much fun to tackle if you want to draw a Dark Aurora of your own.
