Step 1.

First draw her head shape.

Then her hair and neck

Start on her body, make the flame in her hands and add more details in the hair.

Draw her eyes, nose and mouth, notice that her mouth is on the side so that kinda shows that she is shy.

Draw her dress.

Draw her dragon tail.

Draw her dragon wings.

Draw her horns and the other flame ( that is black ) inside the other flame.

Color her in and erase mistakes, and u r done!!!!!! Please comment.
