Here for the first step all you need to do is draw the profile of a girl's face with short hair like you see here.

Up next, draw in the rest of the hairstyle which is short and thick. When that is done draw the neck and crescent shaped moon for an eye.

For the day side of the illusion, you will draw in the entire profile of a young boy's face along with the neck and sun shaped eye.

Lastly, draw in the clouds that unites them under their faces. Erase the mistakes if you made any.

Here is the line art. All you need to do now is color in the two sides so you have two that look like day and night.

Description: Hey folks. Welcome back to another fun filled tut on something that is an illusion. Today we will do something really neat. When I was looking at some tattoo art I came across a few illusion concepts that where really cool and so intriguing. This lesson idea came from some of that amazing tattoo concept work. Instead of a sun and moon colliding to form the illusion, I made the heads of a male and female with the male being daylight and the female being night. I love the way the night face gets illuminated from the rays of the sun. I do hope that others enjoy this tut. I worked hard on it and I give you this night and day illusion drawing lesson that will be easy to recreate.
