You beginn with the base-lines for chin, shoulders and neck.

Now you draw the beginning of the arm on the right side. On the left site you begin to draw his hand.

You continue with drawing the hand's arm so you can draw the left line of his body. On the right side you finish his arm with a simple line. After that you could draw the shroud of his clock and the new line on his neck.

Now you simply add the bow on the upper part of his clock.

The last part which is missing is the head. On this picture you can see how to draw it.

After drawing the head, you just have to shade the picture and make some parts dark (like the bow and the shroud). The end :)
