How to Draw Christmas Woodstock

Step 1.


Make two circle, one for the head and another for the body. You will then draw the guidelines in for the hat, neck and legs.

Step 2.


Up next, draw in Woodstock's nose along with the simple smile line. When that is done you can go ahead and add in his eye.

Step 3.


Fill the forehead with the lid of the Santa hat that Woodstock is wearing. When that is done you can start to draw the thick wool scarf around his neck and add some stripes to it.

Step 4.


Finish the hat in a long, uneven sock like style. Add the simple pom at the end of the hat and create some stripes or indent lines.

Step 5.


We will now draw in Woodstock's entire body. He is in flight so wings first, then the breast, legs and tail. Don't forget the feet.

Step 6.


Finish off your drawing by adding a mistletoe dangling from the scarf and then his other foot. Erase the mistakes and all the guides too.

Step 7.


Here is the line art when all is done. Now you can have a blast coloring Xmas Woodstock in. Maybe you can create a colorful background as well.

Description: Well, here is a friendly face that I have not drawn in Christmas form before. I have a bunch of lessons for the holiday that I will be uploading and this version of Woodstock is one of them. I'm sure everyone knows that Woodstock is Snoopy's pal and second best friend, Charlie Brown is his first. You will often see Christmas decorations with Snoopy and Woodstock together or even cards and stuffed animals with the pair. This is going to be a simple lesson because I wanted artists of all skill levels to have fun and be successful. If you like Snoopy and Woodstock, you will love Christmas Woodstock too.
