How to Draw Badtz Maru

Step 1.


Like most of Sanrio characters, Badtz Maru is going to be very easy to draw which is why this tutorial falls in the novice category. Start by making a round shape for the head and then add the facial guidelines. Next draw the shape of this penguins b   

Step 2.


For your second step you will draw the actual shape of his head and then draw the four rounded large spikes on top which is supposed to act as a hair style. Using the facial guidelines, draw the eye shapes and add the colored in pupils.

Step 3.


Here you will actually draw out the rest of Badtz's body including his small wings and flat looking feet. Once that is done you can also draw in his two piece beak.

Step 4.


For your last drawing step, all you have to do is draw the marking line on his belly that separates the two colors black and white. Most penguins have white colored bellies. Erase all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one to prepare you   

Step 5.


Here you have it, a finished lesson on "how to draw Badtz Maru. You are now ready to color him in, and now you can add this Sanrio character to your collection of other Hello Kitty members.

Today I will submit another mischievous member from Sanrio and it will be on “how to draw Badtz Maru, step by step”. Badtz Maru is a black penguin that lives with both of his parents in Gorgeoustown. He is in first grade, and he is a student at Gorgeous Academy. The one thing about Badtz Maru is that he really does know how to attract attention to himself. He does this easily whenever he walks his pet alligator down the streets of his neighborhood or even around town. Like other growing kids, he also dreams of being something one day, but for now all he can do is be a kid, and give a rockin attitude towards life, and have fun with what he has, like playing his guitar for instance.
