How to Draw a Hippie Frog

Step 1.


Always start each lesson with guidelines and shapes which create a workable frame for your frog's body.

Step 2.


Simply draw the shape of the frog's face and head followed by the large circle shaped eyes and the bulging neck.

Step 3.


We will draw the mouth line and then draw the nasil holes.

Step 4.


Inside the eyes you will draw in the pupils and color them in solid leaving a glare inside. Once that is done draw a tee-shirt for the shape of the torso and leave some gaps for the drum.

Step 5.


Draw in the frogs arms and hands with the right hand being a peace symbol. Add some shading inside the sleeve too and then detailing around the eyes.

Step 6.


You can now draw in the drum and add detailing to the side of the drum too.

Step 7.


For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw in the legs and feet as well as the pants. This hippie frog is sitting in a Indian pose. Add shading inside the pant and then add crease lines at the bend. Erase the mistakes and guides to clean up   

Step 8.


Here is the line art when done. Now you can color in your hippie or peace frog.
