Description: Hello all and welcome back to DragoArt.com. This is going to be another fun tutorial on a vehicle. But we are not just talking about any vehicle though. Instead I will be showing you "how to draw a Hearse". As you all know these cars are used to hold and deliver coffins to funerals, and cemeteries. Hearses are long heavy cars that range in different styles and shapes. Back in the horse and carriage days, coffins were delivered to their final destination by a wagon or a coach that was pulled by a horse. It is speculated that the first motorized hearse or electric powered hearse was introduced back in 1907 in Paris. It wasn’t until 1909 that the United States introduced their version of the hearse. These vehicles are almost always black in color and have narrow front ends and high bulky rear quarters. In the United States hearses are Cadillac’s or Lincolns which is pretty obvious due to the fact that these death mobiles have to stay luxurious inside as well as good on the outside. In most pf Europe the hearse is usually one of five models that are commonly called upon. This includes the Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, Opel, Ford or Volvo. Over time the hearse has become more of a “must have” type of vehicle for car collectors. There are some folk that think these cars make awesome wheels. In the movie Ghostbusters their signature car that they had all spiffed out was indeed a very old white hearse. Early on, hearses and ambulances looked almost the same. The only thing that separated the two was the color. Ambulances were white and the hearses were black. There is another popular movie from the early eighties that uses a hearse for there mode of transportation. That movie is called Phantasm. It is about this wicked old guy that is really an alien from another planet and he portrays himself as some sort of a mortician. Any way you can pimp out your hearse if you own one and make it look like a mini home on wheels or you can just learn how to draw a hearse, decorate it with really cool spray art, or just keep it in the back yard for a rainy dry. This tutorial will show you how to draw a hearse step by step
