How to Draw a Hand
1
Like I said this is going to be a very easy lesson on "how to draw a hand". Start by drawing a shape that resembles a rock or a crocked oval shape. Draw the arched lines for all four fingers and one thumb.

Okay you will now start sketching out the beginning lines to form the shapes of the fingers as you see here. Once the finger lines are drawn out you can also sketch out the outer palm line of your hand and the small hint of the wrist.

Okay, now finish sketching out the shape of the fingers. Now because the fingers are slightly bent, you have to sketch in the wrinkled creased in each finger and there is three creases on each finger. Next draw the finger nails. You can draw your nai

This is your last drawing step and all you have to do is add some detail and definition to the palm of the hand. Draw the last nail and then start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.

Description: I know that you all loved the lesson on the adorable grey kitten. I will now do another tutorial that has to do with the human body. I will be teaching you “how to draw a hand", step by step. The human hand can be a very complex part of the body to draw, which is why I wanted to do another tutorial on a hand. There is a realistic hand under the "hand" section found in the "people" category that I drew a very long time ago and that is pretty cool too, but I thought that drawing a female hand would be a bit more helpful. The hand I drew looks pretty, sleek, and it also has a nice set of manicured nails. I was going to do an airbrush design on the fingernails, but I decided I wanted to keep it simple so a simple nude polish is what I colored the nails with. I could have sketched out a much more complex hand, but since a lot of people of all artistic levels have a problem with drawing hands, I kept this hand simple and to the point. Learning “how to draw a hand” is going to be one of the easiest things you ever drew when you follow the instructions and steps. Drawing female hands is really fun because you can add a bracelet on the wrist, a pretty diamond ring on one of the fingers, and you can also have your hand freshly treated with a French manicure or colored set. I have to go because I still have three more drawings to upload and plan out tomorrows lessons. In the mean time have fun drawing a hand, and remember, be creative and add your personal touches to all the drawings you learn from here on DragoArt.com.
