How to Draw a Chicken

Step 1.


We'll draw a base for our chicken first. We'll draw a 'D' that has been turned on it's side for the body and a circle for the head. From there we'll add two lines coming down from the body for the legs and a circle on the side to show where the wings   

Step 2.


Next we'll draw the face of our chicken. We'll draw the beak and the eye and the part that hangs down the sides of the beak

Step 3.


We'll draw the crest and the rest of the head and part of the neck in this next step.

Step 4.


Now we'll draw down the rest of the back of the neck and make our way down the back and to the tail feathers.

Step 5.


Then the rest of the backside of the chicken and the wings.

Step 6.


From there we'll draw the bottom side of our chicken, including where the legs attach to the chicken.

Step 7.


Now we'll draw our way up the chest of our chicken and then draw the rest of the way up the neck, connecting the head to the rest of the chicken.

Step 8.


Finally, we'll draw the legs of our chicken along with the feet.

Step 9.


And there you have a chicken!
