Draw the eye shape and eyelashes. Larger eyelashes are more glamorous and grownup looking. In this picture I want my character to look young so the eyelashes are very short.

Draw the nose,mouth,irises,eyebrows.

Draw the bangs, ears and chest.

Finish the hair.

Draw the simple shape of her dress.

Add detail.

Erase the guide lines.
