1

Start by drawing the head/face guide and then sketch in the facial guidelines.

2

Here you will define the shape of Luke's face. When that is done you can draw in the puffy hairstyle which is bangs.

3

Finish drawing Luke's hairstyle. Make sure there is a part at the top of his scalp and when you are done with drawing Luke's hair, proceed to step four.

4

We will now utilize the facial guidelines to draw in Luke's eyes, eyebrows and nose in a very simple manner. Add minor detailing to the face and proceed to step five.

5

Up next, finish Luke's face by drawing the indent above the lip and then his mouth or lips. Don't forget the clef in his chin.

6

Lastly, draw the neck and shoulders, then draw in the rest of the upper body which is his clothing. Add the creases and folds to the shirt and erase your mistakes as well as the guides.

7

When you are all done, Luke Skywalker should look like the drawing you see here. All ready to color in so get busy doing it.

Description: I'm sure everyone is on a rampage to get to the theater for the first or even second time to watch the new Star Wars film 'The Force Awakens'. I myself went to see the movie this past Saturday with my sister and I have to tell you, it was amazing. I had no idea that the movie was going to be so good. I was surprised more than once and I will say that it is an episode well worth spending the money on to watch. I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it so the next few lesson descriptions are going to be short. I know you will all be familiar with the characters I upload so have fun drawing Luke Skywalker easy in this first submission. I will be back in a short time to upload the rest so stay tuned in.
