How to draw a simple chibi

Start out with a circle.

Make huge eyes and a mouth like the one in the picture.

Make a bubble body that looks like the one in the picture.

Then add a shirt on the top section of the chibi's body.

Add some pants of course, and shoes if you need any.

Finally, make your tiny hand a symbol of some pride. (Example: Peace)

The final step is to add hair. (You can do ANY hair you like)
