How to Draw Swiper, Swiper From Dora the Explorer
1
Let's start with the shapes. One for the head and another for Swiper's body. Connect the two with a neck guide.
2
Using the shapes you just made, begin drawing out Swiper's face, head and body. His snout should be long since he is a fox. Draw the neck, and slender shaped body. Color in the nose and draw the mouth and jawline.
3
Draw the eye mask which he wears as a disguise. Draw the eyebrows, then color in the pupils. Draw in Swiper's teeth, then move to step four.
4
You will sketch out Swiper's ears, then draw the tie in back of his head. Add some whiskers, then move along people.
5
It's now time to sketch in the arms. He wears gloves on his hands so you will have to draw the hands a bit bolder than normal. Add detailing on the gloves, then you're done here.
6
Draw Swiper's legs and then his feet. Add the markings on the tips of his toes, then move along to step seven.
7
I promise you are almost done. Draw in Swiper's tail, then draw the marking line at the top of his bushy tail.
8
For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw the marking down the chest and belly. Erase your mistakes then you're done.

Description: Swiper no swiping! Swiper no swiping! Those are the words that catch Swiper in the act. Dora and her friends are always on the lookout for Swiper and his crazy stealing antics. I never did a lesson on this character from Dora the Explorer so here it is today. Up next we will learn "how to draw Swiper", step by step. I wanted to draw him as we know him, sneaking toward something he wants to steal. This sly fox will make a great drawing to place next to Dora and friends. When ever I draw Dora characters, I make sure the coloring comes out as close to likeness to the cartoon as possible. Anyways, have fun and be sure to let me know what you think. Peace out and enjoy!
