How to Draw Sweethearts, Sweethearts

Step 1.


Make two simple circle shapes for the heads and then draw the body lines which are slightly arched.

Step 2.


Draw in the side profile of the girl's face like so, and then incorporate the shape of the ear. When that is done you can draw her hair and as you can see some of the hair falls on the side of her face, as well as on her forehead.

Step 3.


Draw the outline of the boy's face in a side profile manner, and then draw in the ear, as well as his hairstyle.

Step 4.


You will draw both their necks, and then draw in both of their arms and hands like so. These two angels are in a crawling position for added innocence.

Step 5.


The next thing you will do is draw in one wing on each of the angel's back. There is two layers of feathers, so be sure to draw them in as shown.

Step 6.


Okay guys you are almost done. Draw the butts, legs, and chubby feet as well as their baby style diapers. Don't forget the cuffs that rests on the thighs from the diapers.

Step 7.


Draw the rest of the girl's hair and then draw in the hair strand lines on both heads. You will then draw in their eyes as well as color them in, and then sketch in some blush marks as well as the inner ear detailing. Clean up the drawing and you're    

Step 8.


Here is your line art when you are all done. Color in your two angels or cupids like so, and that's it.

Description: Well guys, I’m almost at my wits end for the day which means there will only be one more tutorial coming your way once this one gets to you. To celebrate Valentine’s Day, I thought of something really sweet, and special to do. Here is "how to draw sweethearts", step by step in the form of a boy and girl cupid. The red diapers, and red wings make these two childlike angels super cute and loving looking. At first I was going to make two cupid characters, and I suppose you could turn the angels into cupids because a cupid is an angel. The girl has long blond hair which is pulled over to one side, and the little boy has brown colored hair. To keep things clean and very innocent looking, I chose to have the two cupids touch noses instead of sharing a kiss. They came out unexpectedly good, and I do hope you will all enjoy drawing sweethearts too. This is the perfect image to use to decorate a Valentine’s Day card with, or you can simply draw the two angels and give the drawing to someone you love. Well, that’s about it.
