First you draw the armor on Raikou's forehead.

Next you draw the two circles on Raikou's armor.

Now you draw the "x" on raikou's face.

Now you draw the fangs,the eyes and the mane around raikou's face.

Finally you add Color and enjoy now knowing how to draw Raikou!
