How to Draw Mutant Pikachu

Step 1.


The first thing we have to do is make some guide shapes and lines. Begin with making the head, shoulders, arms, and torso circles and be sure to incorporate them in a proper manner. When that is done draw the thigh shape, then sketch in the zigzag li   

Step 2.


Use the head guide first to start sketching out Pikachu's long ears, and fury hair. Since he has werewolf DNA, his coat will be a bit longer than usual.

Step 3.


Continue to work on the face by sketching out the facial structure. Notice how this mutant form of Pikachu has a werewolf face quality. Add the dark circles to the inner part of the eyes leaving just a small white dot for the pupil. Sketch in the tee   

Step 4.


The head and face is done for this mutant version of Pikachu. We will now work on getting the torso sketched out. Begin with the muscular shoulders, then draw the forearms and hands. The hands should be quite big so be sure to make them look powerful   

Step 5.


Begin sketching out the hunched over arch of the back. Like a werewolf Pikachu is in a transforming state which is when the beast is at it's aggressive peak. Sketch out the thigh and lower part of the leg which also includes the foot. You will have t   

Step 6.


This step is simple because all you have to do is draw out the other leg in the distance. Sketch in the toes, then proceed to the last drawing step.

Step 7.


Once you draw out Pikachu's lighting bolt tail, you can start cleaning up the drawing by erasing all the mistakes. Be sure to sketch in the remaining definition to the body and tail for added intensity.

Step 8.


Now you are all done. You can begin coloring in this work of art to really bring this beast to life.

Description: This concept drawing of a super mutant form of Pikachu received a lot of positive feedback on Facebook so I will start the day with uploading this lesson on "how to draw Mutant Pikachu", step by step. I was feeling creative so I decided to make a drawing on what Pikachu would look like if he was mutated into a wild beast that contained some DNA of a werewolf. Needless to say I ended up with drawing this creation and I think it came out super cool and really powerful looking. The electrifying look that the coloring gives the image is so intense and bright. The yellow, brown and orange hues are just right to make you want to pick up your pencil to start drawing this version of Pikachu mutant style.
