How to Draw Monopoly, the Monopoly Guy
1
Begin by making three circles, one for the head, and the others for the hands. You will then draw the shape of his torso which is upright and bent back.
2
For the next step all you have to do is draw in the hand. The hand will later be holding a bunch of money so what you need to do is draw the fist in a clutched pose.
3
Next up, draw in his wad of cash that he is shoving in the viewers face. The bills should be feathered from one another like so.
4
Now that the hand and money is drawn in, you can get started with the face. Draw the round shape of the face, then draw in the small ears.
6
Color in the dots for eyes, then add some hair on the sides of his head. Draw the nose, then draw out the thick mustache and a small bottom lip.
7
Okay we are definitely making progress. Draw in his other hand which will later be holding a cane. Start with the thumb, then draw in the fingers in a grasp pose once again.
9
Lastly, draw the torso and the tuxedo suit. You will also need to draw in his arms, as well as the bow tie and buttons. Erase the mistakes and guides, then you can move along.

Description: So his name is Rich “Uncle” Pennybags and he is seen on the board covers of the game Monopoly. Of course we don't call him this because we only know him by either Mr. Monopoly, or the Monopoly Guy. I dug to see if he was based on a particular person when he was created. I didn't find any information that gave me any clues as to who the character was based on. I did find out that he didn't even have a name until 1933. After a name was established he made his debut on the cover of the Chance and Community Service cards in the game Monopoly in 1936. We will never know who the artist was that created Mr. Monopoly because it has remained unknown since his creation. It wasn't until the year 1985 that this banker was used as the signature mascot for Monopoly. His spot was on the letter O. I enjoy playing the game especially when there are more than three players. I do hope you enjoy drawing Mr. Monopoly or the Monopoly Guy. I still have three tuts being uploaded tonight so stay tuned in. Adios people!
