How to Draw Master Chief
1
In this first step what you are going to do is draw out all the guidelines and shapes to form a solid frame for Master Chief. Start by drawing one straight line going down the middle of your page and then three lines that go across for the face. Next
2
Now here you will be drawing out the shape of his entire body as shown above. You really have to take your time when doing this so every part comes out portioned and even. Always start at the top and work your way down. His head is nothing more then
3
Now this is where it starts to get time consuming because you have to sit there and SKETCH not DRAW the defining lines that make up his suit of armor. At this point you might want to erase any guidelines you do not need just because it will be pretty
4
here is where you will finish up Master Chief and his weapon. Just shade in the areas that need to be shaded and draw out the remaining lines as shown above. If you didn't erase all the guidelines in step 3, erase the rest here before you continue on

Description: This is a tutorial I did a while ago but never put it up. I wanted to but I totally forgot about until just recently when I was going through one of my old sketch pads and seen the picture I drew from an image I used out of a Game Enforcer magazine. So having said all that, this tutorial will show you "how to draw Master Chief" from the Halo game series created by Bungie Studios. His real name is John Spartan-117, and of course he is a fictional character of the Halo universe. The game is a single person shooter style game like Diablo. There are three parts to the Halo series; Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, and Halo 3. Master Chief is a cybernectically enhanced human that is fully equipped with special weapons and armor, you can also call him a super soldier because he is just a battling machine walking on a pair of legs. Halo is considered to be probably the one game that made the X-Box by Microsoft. Master Chief is the main part to the science fiction action game. Halo: Combat Evolved was the first to be released and obviously is the game that introduced Master Chief. The game made its game play debut on November 15, 2001. In 2003 a computer version of Halo was created by Gearbox Software. Halo 2 which is the sequel to part 1 was released for the X-Box on November 9, 2004 a whopping 3 years after the first his the shelves, and part 2 came in two different editions, there was the regular version and the Collectors edition that came in an aluminum case with two discs. That was the one I had when I purchased Halo 2. Finally there is Halo 3, and that version touched gaming shelves last year September 25, 2007. I totally remember that day, I was washing my car and suddenly realized that it was time to get money out of the bank and purchase the new edition to my Halo collection, but unfortunately I got to GameStop to late and they were all sold out. I have three gaming systems in my house to this day. I have the PS3, Gamecube, and of course the X-Box 360. I grew out of the Halo game because I bet it two times, so now I’m just searching for a better title that can keep me occupied in my free time and it also has to be challenging. So all in all I hope you like this tutorial on "how to draw Master Chief". It was fun and challenging for me because of all the lining and detailing but in the end it came out pretty good.
