How to Draw Haku From Spirited Away

1

Begin by drawing the outline for the head and or face, then sketch in the facial guidelines as well as the neck and shoulder guides.

2

Using the shapes you just made, you can go ahead and sketch out the structure of Haku's face along with the straight lined bangs. When that is done you can add some hair on the right side.

3

Using the facial guidelines, begin drawing out the shapes of the eyes. When that is done you can proceed to step four.

4

Finish drawing Haku's eyes by sketching out the eyeballs and coloring in the pupils. You will then draw the eyebrows, nose and small lined mouth. Add a dimple for the chin, then the eyelid creases.

5

You are already almost done with drawing Haku from Spirited Away. All you have to do now is draw the shape of the neck, then draw the shirt collar and add a little detailing to the clothing.

6

Finish up the clothing by sketching out the shoulders, then draw in the layered folds on each side of the torso. This is part of the uniform.

7

And to finish things off all you have to do is sketch out the rest of Haku's head shape in the form of his hair. When you do this make sure that the ends are a bit separated. Erase those mistakes and guides that you made throughout the lesson.

8

Wasn't that fun drawing Haku from Spirited Away? I had a blast too. Now all we need to do is add some color and he is finished.

Description: Does anyone remember the classic movie Spirited Away? I know I do and I always will. Today I will be uploading a lesson on one of the main figures from the film. Here is "how to draw Haku", step by step. Haku is a very quiet kid that has deep green colored hair and eyes. In his human form he appears to be a twelve year old boy. His hair is trimmed with bangs, and his clothes are not your typical Japanese Heian style which is the period the movie takes place in. When Haku is in his dragon form, he looks like an Eastern style dragon that has a very slim shaped body covered with shiny silvery scales. I had a lot of fun drawing Haku because I love Spirited Away. If you are a fan of the movie too, you will definitely enjoy this lesson. Adios amigos and good luck.
