How to Draw Groot Easy

Begin by sketching out the very uneven lining for Groot's head and face shape like you see here. Notice the top of the head has a few peaks.

Up next, draw in the tall shaped eyes like you see here followed by the cheek lines located under each eye.

Add detailing to the head which will make the head look more woody.

Sketch out the eyes where the actual eyeballs will be placed. Once that is done you can sketch in the frown lines that starts at the inner corners of the eyes and make sure the eyes also have some wrinkles.

Now you can add the last minute detailing on the face to make it look more textural. Add the mouth line and also add some shading within the mouth line. Erase all the mistakes you might have made.

You are all done. Now you can color him in and show off your work to others.
