First you want to start by outlining it's body.

Then you need to draw his eyes which are two bold dots.

After draw his mouth.his mouth is literally a straight line. But don't forget to give him some emotion draw him happy :), Sad :(, and Neutral :|

Last but not least color him in. Use different colors, be creative. I'm sure you did great because it's a very easy Pokemon to draw.
