Start with a simple circle for the head.

Next start on his hair, make sure its curly! Next do his eyes, eyebrows, and his mouth. If you want, add blush for extra cuteness.

This is the hardest part of the tutorial. His hair. You have to add lots of waves and curls for it to look right. You also add his ears, the very top part covered with a curl or two. Add his little hair sticking up at the top.

Now add the start of his shirt and arms. Don't worry it will look better later.

Now add the neckline to his shirt and add fingers to his hand. (I told you it would look better :D)

Now add his necklace and bracelet.

What I like to do while coloring them, I like to outline the drawing in marker. I choose the color marker based on what it will be colored later. Ex. Pink inside, pink marker. Blue inside, blue marker, Yellow inside yellow marker. You get the point.
