Start off this first step by drawing out the shapes and guidelines of Bumblebee. First start with the shape of his head which is a small round circle. Now sketch in the guidelines for his face. Then you will need to draw a rounded diamond for his che

Now after you drew all out the detailed lines and shapes that are associated with the frame and structure of Bumblebee. You will now start detailing the face and the left side of his body. What you will want to do is enlarge the image so you can see

Keep the step enlarged becasue you will still need to see all the detailing that needs to be sketched and drawn out. Starting with the face draw in the shapes of his eyes. Now start sketching in the detailing on his chest and finish off the left arm

What you want to do now is erase any visible guidelines that you drew in step one because the more detailing you add the more difficult to erase. You will now add more detailing by sketching in the lines and shapes needed to give this Autobot his pow

Description: I can see that the tutorial I submitted on Optimus Prime was a big hit, which inspired me to do another Autobot from the Transformers world. This time I will be doing a tutorial on Bumblebee and I will be showing you in detail how to draw him step by step. Bumblebee is a smaller Autobot than the rest so he is seen as a little brother to the rest of the Autobot family. Because he is considered the runt out of the bunch, he often tries to prove himself in the eyes of his taller, stronger brethren that he respects, especially his leader, Optimus Prime which he looks up to almost like an idol. Bumblebee has a lovable personality and he absolutely loves to crack jokes and be a wise guy. But don’t let his playful stature fool you; he is in fact trained in espionage. He is the one that is called in to do the spying and gathers valuable information that is needed to fight evil and save the world from the evil Decepticons. Originally in the cartoon series, Bumblebee was a small yellow 1952 Volkswagen Beetle, an AMC Pacer, a motorcycle and sidecar, a train Engine and a Chrysler ME Four-Twelve. In the movie he is a brand new yellow Camaro with black pin stripes that come down the top. As you know he was none of these things in the movie that was released almost a year ago. Instead he was at first a rundown yellow Camaro that Sam Witwicky’s father buys for his son as his first car. But the two didn’t know that the one vehicle that chose Sam (rather than Sam chose), was in fact an Autobot in disguise. Now because Sam was chosen by Bumblebee, he is forever protected by his transforming car from another world. The whole purpose of the protection for Sam is because he is in possession of a valuable object that can make or break the world. You see, Sam’s great grandfather was an explorer and one day stumbled upon a futuristic being of some sorts. At the time he didn’t know that it was a transformer. Captain Archibald Witwicky (Sam’s grandfather), was the target for Megatron to store the position of the Allspark. So before going into a comatose state Megatron used the last of his energy to engrave a map, showing the location of the Allspark, into the Captain's glasses, and send a transmission to Cybertron. Sam was selling these exact same glasses on EBay and because of his advertisement; he then became a target for the Decepticons. Bumblebee saves and protects Sam from all the dangers that come his way. Bumblebee is a true friend and he enjoys being around humans immensely.
