How to Draw a Monroe Skull

Step 1.

Make the outline guide for Monroe's head and then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Step 2.

On the left side of the face you will draw in the bony lining for the skull half. On the right side of Monroe's face you will draw a smooth line for her face. This will create the face structure for your drawing. Also sketch in her hair line.

Step 3.

We will keep to the left side of the face and begin sketching out the shape of the eye in the form of a skull socket hole. When that is done draw the nose, and then draw the upper jaw or mouth. Sketch in the creases on the inner part of the skull's e

Step 4.

To finish off the left side of the face you will need to complete the mouth and then draw in the teeth to both the upper and lower jaw. Color in the mouth and then you can detail whatever you need to.

Step 5.

Now lets draw out the right side of the mouth and this includes the full set of lips and then her nice straight teeth.

Step 6.

Sketch out Marilyn's eye using the facial guideline and then when you do this make sure it's soft in texture. Add the lashes and then you can color in the nostril hole. Sketch out the eyebrow then you are done.

Step 7.

Simply draw the shape of the neck, then move along to step eight.

Step 8.

For the last drawing step all you have to do is sketch out her hair. The hair should be curly or wavy and then add some definition to the hair too. Erase those mistakes then you are all done.

Step 9.

Here is the line art when you are all done. If you would like to add some color you can go right ahead.

Description: I'm having so much fun with creating some really cool art that would make amazing tattoos. Today I will show you a very creepy, but beautiful lesson on "how to draw a Monroe skull", step by step. This depiction of Marilyn Monroe is actually an image that can be found all over Google if you where to type in the phrase 'Monroe Skull'. I was going to add some red tones but I really wanted to keep the coloring as simple as possible. That doesn't mean that you can color her lips in red instead of black. The task itself shouldn't be too complex to complete, but if you run into any problems just stay calm and be patient as you move forward. Always move forward not back. Have fun folks, and be sure to stay tuned in to because there is more cool tuts on the way.
