Description: Well this is my last tutorial for the day and it will be on a fury animal named the arctic fox. This was a requested animal by a member that visits DragoArt and since I don’t have an arctic fox I figured I should show you all how to draw one. Now for those of you that are not familiar with the arctic fox, I will give you a brief description on how these animals live, what they eat, and what they are capable of. First off the arctic fox is a very durable animal that lives in the Arctic tundra and it is there that they thrive and produce. The temperatures of the Arctic tundra get as low as –58°F or -50°C in the treeless grounds where it makes its home. The appearance to an arctic fox is very distinctive which is why they are sometimes called snow fox. They have pure white fur in the winter months along with furry soles, short ears, and a short muzzle. These traits are very important for these fox’s to posses if they are to survive the brisk winter weather months. In the spring their fur changes to a light grey color and in the summer their fur will change over to a brown color so that they can blend in with their environments. I mean the whole purpose of the color changing fur is to enable them to adapt to their surroundings. The arctic fox live in burrows and during a blizzard they may tunnel into the snow to create shelter if there is no other place for them to come in from the storm. These cute dainty looking animals grow to be twenty seven feet long and they weigh about seventeen pounds, the same weight and height as a Maine coon cat. If you go and look at pictures of these animals you will see just how pretty they are. This tutorial will show you an easy way to learn "how to draw a fox", step by step. The instructions are easy to understand and the steps are simple to follow. I will be back with some really cool looking drawing lessons in a bit so stay tuned folks there is more on the way.
