How to Draw a Christmas Candy Cane

Make a simple lined candy cane like so.

Using the line that you made in step one, draw out the actual candy cane like so then proceed to step three.

Draw the simple bow like so, then add some detailing to the center of the bow around the knot.

The next step is to draw the candy cane stripes up and down the whole body of the cane.

Draw the few berries behind the candy cane which is actually going to be added to the holly.

For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw all the holly behind the candy cane like so. This entire bunch of holly is twisted around the center of the candy cane, but you can't see that. Erase the mistakes after you add detailing to the cen

Color in the drawing now that you are done. If you leave it black and white, it wouldn't look the same. Have fun coloring in your drawing people.

Description: "Deck the halls with boughs of holly, fa la la la la, la la la la. Tis the season to be jolly, fa la la la la, la la la la". We all know the rest of the lyrics so let's not continue. I know some of you have drawn enough candy canes in your time, but when it comes to Christmas, you just can't get enough. So having said that, let's learn "how to draw a Christmas candy cane", step by step. Again, we will be adding some beautiful boughs of holly which is tied around the middle part of the candy cane with a bow and some red berries. Anyways, this is going to be an easy, and fun tutorial that will make a regular art activity at your kitchen table exciting. I have to stroll out of here because there is more for me to do.
