How to Draw a Christmas Animal, Skating Penguin

You can start by drawing the shape of the penguin's face shape and top portion of the Santa hat.

You can then finish the hat by drawing the top cone shape and then a ball at the tip. Draw and color in the eyes, then draw the beak which is in a very happy smiling expression. Add some blush marks to the cheeks too.

The face of the Christmas animal or penguin is done so let's move on to the body starting with the scarf. It is a tube like shape with the sleeves of the scarf.

Draw in the simple shaped body followed by the legs and small penguin style arm.

Draw in the penguin feet which are in the form of skates. Add the marking on the belly too.

Lastly, draw the outline of the pond that the Christmas animal is skating on. Erase the mistakes when you are done.

That's it. Color in this Christmas animal now that you are done drawing an ice skating penguin.

Description: "Tis the season to be jolly, fa la la la la, la la la la". Are you in a jolly mood? I know I am and so is everyone in the house, but that is not the question. What I am really asking is if you are ready to have even more fun, because today we will be tackling the task of learning how to draw a Christmas animal, step by step. This is a really cute animal concept for the holidays and the best part is, this animal is a penguin and the penguin is ice skating. Of course you can choose any style of background you like, I chose to go with something simple and light. Anyways, have fun and you enjoy drawing something for Christmas in animal form.
