Hillbilly Caricature Drawing Lesson

We will start by drawing the guides for your hillbilly caricature and that includes the head and torso guides. Once that is done go ahead and sketch in the facial guidelines, and neck guideline.
2
We will now sketch out the shape of the face structure. This should start on the left and you should proceed to work on the face by sketching out the chin, bone structure and then some of the forehead. This hillbilly boy has facial hair so go ahead a
3
Finish sketching out the facial hair by filling in the chin. When that is done you can draw the mouth, lips, cigarette and then the nose and very expressive eyes. Add a wrinkle or crinkle to the forehead as well.

Description: Okay, so now that I have uploaded my concept idea on a Dark Girl, how about we do something that I don't do a lot of and that is drawing a guy in the form of a hillbilly. I say hillbilly because where I live there are lots of people that work and live on the farm, ranches and even just plain old boonies. This lesson is based on a dude that I actually know. To me he is a nice kid, very laid back and thinks that a productive relax day is spending it in the woods with a rifle. Here is my take on drawing a country boy, step by step or in other words, a hillbilly. Instead of doing a realistic take on a country dude, I thought I would make it fun and create a lesson that was drawn in a caricature style. Anyways, go ahead and have fun. I will return with much more lessons so be sure to stick around. Adios mi amigos.
