Drawing a Blonde

We will draw the shape of the head and then draw the hand and shoulder. Sketch in the facial guidelines and move to step two.

In this step you will take your time as you draw in her pretty thick lined eyes. The lashes and liner should be thick and dark. Add the lid creases and you are done here.

Up next, draw the thick, long eyebrows and then draw the nose shape. When that is done draw in the mouth or lips. Add a small mole and proceed to step four.

Draw the shape of her face and then draw in her hand and wrist. Her face is resting on the bottom part of her palm and the pinky tip is almost in the mouth.

Now you can start drawing in her blonde bouncy hair. Sketch in all the detailing to the hair like the strand lines and curls. Also draw in the ear too.

Lastly, draw in her shoulders and then draw the collar of her shirt. Add definition to her neck and begin erasing the mistakes and guides.

Here is the line art. Now you can color in the drawing and show folks your blonde bombshell.

Description: I think I'm going to do a series of lessons based on the different colors of hair that females have. I will start by showing you all how to draw a blonde, step by step. I love the way this drawing came out. The inspiration for the look of this blonde obviously came from Marilyn Monroe and I used her because she is an iconic blonde that everybody is familiar with. Anyways, have fun drawing a blonde and I will be back soon with a bunch more tuts.
