What would a Cowgirl be without a hat? Here you will draw in her Cowgirl hat and when you do this be sure to add the dimple at the top of the hat. I love the way the hat came out, but you can draw any style cowboy/girl hat you like.

For the last drawing all you have to do is draw in the torso and arm. You will also have to sketch out her shirt along with the crinkles in the shirt. Once you are done you can erase the mistakes and all the guides you made.

Description: This was one of my favorite lessons that I made the other day and it was heavily inspired by a Neil Young song called 'Cowgirl in the Sand'. I have been listening to a lot of Neil Young lately and when I hear that particular song, the Cowgirl I envision is one that looks like the girl in this drawing. So today I will be showing you all how to draw a Cowgirl, step by step. The imagery that surrounds the Cowgirl is so pretty. The flowers give it that delicate feel and the sandy terrain in the background also signifies the inspiration for this drawing. I know many of you like drawing girls, so why not draw a Cowgirl too. I shall return with more fun lessons so stick around.
