Draw a Cartoon Llama

Begin with some guide shapes and then a neck guideline.

We will now start forming the nose and jaw for your cartoon llama. This is also the mouth as well. Draw in the cheek and then proceed to the next drawing step when you feel like you've done your best.

Define the shape of the nose and detail it accordingly. When that is done you can draw in the frizz of thick hair in layers. Add some chin whiskers and you are ready for step four.

You can now draw the llama ears. This one has floppy ears for a fun cartoony look.

We will now draw in those teeth. Notice how the teeth are exaggerated. This is to add a cartoon style to the llama concept. This llama has an under bite.

All you have to do for the last drawing step is draw in the long neck and then draw the spit. Once that is complete begin erasing the mistakes and guides.

Your line art for the cartoon llama should look like the one you see here. Color in this fun animal and don't forget to show others what you have just drawn.

Description: Hey folks. I hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July. Today I will be uploading some tuts that I think everyone will enjoy. We shall start with a lesson on a cartoon llama. I had so much fun with this lesson because I drew the llama to look like a traditional cartoon style animal. There is hair covering the llama's eyes and the teeth are closed together with a large spit squirted from the mouth. Anyways, here is how to draw a cartoon llama, have fun and let me know if you liked what you learned from.
