Skeleton Heart Hands Drawing Tutorial

You will make the shapes for the hands on the sides of the heart shape you will draw in the center like so.

At the tops of the shapes you made in step one, begin drawing the bones for the skeleton's wrists and arms.

Up next, draw in the smaller shapes which are the knuckles for the skeleton hands. You will also add detailing to the bones as well.

Next, draw the length of the finger bones like so. They should be drawn tightly together. Add some shading around the gaps and then draw the thumb bones on the top of the heart's arches like you see here.

Finish the drawing by adding the rest of the skeletal fingers. Add detailing to the fingers and then add some shaping inside the hands to form the heart in better detail. Erase whatever mistakes you made along with the guides.

Here is the line art. Now just color in your skeleton heart hands to perfection.

Description: I know some of you are going to flip over this tut. Who says that heart hands has to be in the form of hands with flesh still on them? Well, because I love Halloween so much I decided to make a tut that will show us how to draw Skeleton heart hands, step by step. I love the way this drawing came out because it's so simple, lovely and cute. The skeletal hands form a simple heart shape but the whole concept is brought to life with a red heart in the center.
