Mimikkyu, How to Draw

Begin with the head and body shape like so. Sketch in the facial guidelines and make sure the head guide is drawn on a tilt.

Next, we will draw out the actual shape of Mimikkyu's head. As you can see it's tilted and the long ears that you have to also draw should be drawn in crooked.

It's time for the face which is pretty simple. Color in the eyes in a scribble style, then draw the crooked mouth and scribble cheeks marks.

We will now draw the body for Mimikkyu next along with the tail. Add the dimple indent to the top part of the tail as well.

For the last drawing step just draw the bottom of the body which looks like ruffle and then color in two oval shapes on the belly. Erase the mistakes and guides too.

That's it, here is what your drawing looks like when you are done. Now just color in your art on Mimikkyu.

Description: Hey guys, welcome back to another fun filled lesson here on Dragoart.com. Today I have a special treat. Just a couple days ago more Pokemon species where added to the Pokedex and this lesson is on one of them. Today we will learn how to draw Mimikkyu, step by step. This rag doll looking Pokemon is simply adorable. From what I've read Mimikkyu is a Ghost/Fairy type Pokemon and has a power called 'Disguise'. Anyways, since it's a new character I don't have more info on it. All I can do is give you this super lesson.
