Step 1.

First, start off with a circle. Like a lot of other artists I use circles to help me draw heads and it could help you too.

Step 2.

Next, draw the eye sockets and the eyebrows over the horizontal help lines if used. The animatronics usually have circular shaped eye sockets so you can see their eyes.

Step 3.

Next, draw on the eyelashes and the blush circles. These are important when drawing toy animatronics, however the eyelashes are optional. I would suggest using these when drawing a female character, though. You can chose your choise for what the eyes

Step 4.

Next, decide what you want the fur on the cheeks to look like, if you decide whether or not to. And am important thing to do is to draw the bottom jaw seperate from the animatronic's head, otherwise it will not be able to move!

Step 5.

Finally, add some extra details to your animatronic. If your character has hair, put some hair on your animatronic. I drew on hair and a headband onto my character as that is how Thunder originally looks.
