How to Draw Ren

Step 1.


The first thing you need to do to draw Ren is make a jelly bean like shape for his head and then add the facial guidelines. You will then draw the ear guidelines and then the rest of the body's guidelines and shapes as you see here until you have a n   

Step 2.


Here you will first draw out the shape of Ren's head and face as shown to you here. His mouth and nose are pointed and his eyes pop out of the whole shape of his face. Once the eyes are drawn out you can then color in the pupils. Add a sag line under   

Step 3.


Finish drawing out the shape of his face and then draw out the rabbit shaped ears. You will also draw three pieces of hair on his head and then draw a mouth line and the shape of his long neck.

Step 4.


Continue to draw out the actual shape of Ren's body and then draw his hand that is behind his back. Draw the front lining for his legs and feet as well before you leave this step.

Step 5.


Here is your last drawing step and all you have to do now is finish drawing out Ren's legs and feet and then draw his rat like tail that has a hint of bush as the tip. Erase the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one and then move to see wha   

Step 6.

Description: I have a fun character that I will be submitting a lesson on and I think you know who I am talking about because you can see his picture next to this description. Remember that awesome animated cartoon series that used to air on Nickelodeon with a scrawny Chihuahua named Ren and a fat retarded looking cat named Stimpy? Well for today’s third tutorial I will be showing you “how to draw Ren” from Ren and Stimpy show step by step”. Ren has got to be one of the most bizarre and insanely awesome characters that has ever been created. He reminds me exactly what most people perceive Chihuahuas to be like. You know the saying, “small dogs are the ones with the worst attitudes”. Ren is a ball of fire and he is always on the verge of exploding. His body is very skinny, and scrawny, and he has a tail that looks like it came from a city rat. The first thing I must tell you is that his name is just a nickname. His real name is Marlin T. Höek but everybody calls him Ren. I love the way he talks and I also love that he is a complete psychopath. Even though he is a cup of sour milk and he is often calling his roommate Stimpy an idiot, he still has a heart and sometimes it shows through. Like a real Chihuahua, his eyes are big and bulging and he is skinny and small. The show gained fame and popularity during the early nineties and because of the two characters from The Ren and Stimpy show, the series went on to be a big success. You might think that people had a hard time dealing with the humor that these off the wall animals had. That is true. There was a time when folks started saying that Ren and Stimpy provided an indecent type of humor that wasn’t fit for kids. Even though such comments were made, the show continued on. This tutorial is going to be lots of fun to do because you will be learning "how to draw Ren", step by step". What better way to start your first tutorial day or end your last tutorial lesson night.
