How to Draw Dil Pickles

Step 1.

To draw Dil Pickles you need to first draw three circle shapes, one for his head, one for the torso, and one for his butt end. You will then draw the facial guidelines.

Step 2.

You will start this step by drawing out the wide shape of Dil's face and then draw out the ear shapes. You will then draw the shoulder lines and then the arms. Move to the next step.

Step 3.

Use the facial guidelines to draw out the eyes, nose and confused mouth line. Detail inside of his ears and then draw the collar shape.

Step 4.

Everyone knows that Dil has curly hair right? Well you need to add some curly lines for his hair and then add the eyebrows. Draw the left hand and arm sleeve and then start sketching out the belly and right leg.

Step 5.

You are almost done with this tutorial and all you have to do is draw out his legs and cute little feet. See how easy this lesson is so far?

Step 6.

This is your last drawing step and all you have to do is add dots for his eyes and then add some belly lines for his stomach. Detail the feet and then erase all the guidelines and shapes you drew in step one.

Step 7.

Here is how your cute baby Pickles should look when you are done. Color him in and you have learned "how to draw Dil Pickles step by step".

Description: Rugrats is such a cool cartoon series that airs on Cartoon Network. I basically drew all the main characters from the show but I noticed I forgot one very important baby that makes the series complete. His name is Dylan Pickles, but we all call him Dil. Out of request, I will be giving you a tutorial on “how to draw Dil Pickles" from Rugrats step by step. Dil is the younger brother of Tommy and he is a very funny character in “Rugrats All Grown Up”. I actually have the movie when Dil was introduced to the family and I have to say it loved every minute of the flick. It was the movie “Rugrats: The Movie”. During the 1998 movie, when Dil was born he jumped from being a week old to three months old. Dil was at first a big annoying baby and because of that the Rugrats crew tried to take him back to the hospital. Unfortunately they got lost and some how ended up in the forest. I would have told you the whole story of the beginning of Dil’s life, but I would rather have you guys watch the movie if you haven’t already. This tutorial came out so incredibly adorable looking and I can’t wait for you all to try it on for size. I will be back with some more drawing fun, bit in the mean time have an awesome time with this lesson on “how to draw Dil Pickles from Rugrats” step by step. Peace out all you artists out there.
