Step 1.

Draw a squashed circle for his head. Don't draw the two lines under his head. I was going to draw his body but decided not to.

Draw two ovals for his eyes

Draw in his mouth and his mustache

Draw his ears and his hair

Clean him up, color him in, and you're done!
