How to Draw Mushroomhead, Mushroomhead Logo

Step 1.


You will now draw out the large thin lines for the eyes, then draw the wide line for the mouth.

Step 2.


Using the lines you made for the eyes, begin drawing the thick pointed claw like scratches which will later form the eyes. The edges of the eyes should have some torn like splits.

Step 3.


Make the small slash marks which when the eyes are done will look like X's on the face. Color the marks solid like so, then you're done for now.

Step 4.


Make the three claw looking marks for the mouth like so, and be sure the style of the marks look dripping.

Step 5.


Add six more smaller lines or marks to create or form the mouth. Erase the mistakes if you even made any.

Step 6.


Now you're done. You can use this drawing for a book cover, tattoo, or what have you.

Description: If you're looking at this drawing you might be thinking to yourself “man that is a cool design”. Some of you already know that the image is that of a band logo and not some piece of random art. Today I will fill a request by showing you guys "how to draw Mushroomhead logo", step by step. This simple design will be fun to replicate because it's basically made up of slash like crosses for eyes, and dripping claw marks for the mouth. Mushroomhead is an industrial metal band that formed in 1993 but at first the band was just supposed to be a side project instead of something serious. Like Gwar and other bands, Mushroomhead also used, or uses make-up, costumes, masks, and trippy stage names. The members that make up are Jeffrey “Nothing” Hatrix (singer), Tom “Shmotz” Schmitz (keyboards), Steve “Skinny” Felton (drums), Rick “ST1TCH” Thomas (turntables, electronics, and sampler), Waylon Reavis (vocals), Tommy Church (guitars), and Ryan “Dr. F” Farrell (bass). In 1999 Mushroomhead a feud with Slipknot began over the similarities like masks, the types of costumes that they wore on stage, and other noticeable looks that neither of the bands liked about one another. Supposedly the two bands are no longer feuding and it is said that fans would like to see both Slipknot and Mushroomhead tour together. I enjoyed making this lesson because drawing Mushroomhead's logo reminded me of Venom's face. I will be back soon folks so stay tuned in to see what's next. Adios and peace out.
