How to Draw Joker and Batman
2
The next thing you will do is begin sketching out the structure of Joker and Batman's face shape. They both have square jaw lines so be sure both sides are chiseled in appearance. On Batman's side draw in the ear for his mask.
3
On the left side we will sketch out Joker's long messy hairstyle which should also be done with a wave. Some of his hair touches his face.
4
Next, add detailing to Joker's hairstyle like so. Add some shading to the root of the hair as you see in the image or step.
5
Using the facial guideline draw out the rough lined hole area that the eye will be drawn inside. The creases should be deep and the lining should be well defined.
7
Draw in the pointed style nose which sort of looks like an arrow. Add the frown line coming from the left nostril in a puffy cheek shape.
8
Now we can work on getting Joker's mouth all drawn out in an evil manner. It should be the typical Joker smile or grin like so. The outer lining should be darkened or colored in. Add definition to the jawline as well like you see here.
9
Now all you have to do to finish drawing Joker is draw in the perfectly lined teeth like so. When that is done you can add some shading horizontally between the teeth, then proceed to step ten.
10
Now that the Joker side is done we can tackle the task of getting Batman drawn. Start with the lining of his mask like so, then sketch in the detailing to the face around the cheek area. You will also need to draw in the mouth which is in a slight fr
11
Sketch in the frown or crinkle between the eye and also add the same amount of folds to the side of the nose around the eye like so. Darken the skin that the mask doesn't cover, then draw in his eye.

Lastly, draw in the forehead wrinkles on Joker along with some hair coming from the scalp. Add detailing to the top of the mask and along the ear. Erase the mistakes and you are done.

Description: This is one of my two favorite split comic book characters that I have made. When I seen the outcome I was absolutely excited because it came out like I wanted or imagined it. Up next, we will be learning "how to draw Joker and Batman", step by step using the split faced design style that I have been doing. If I had to choose which face I like the best I would have to say Joker because he came out pretty bad ass. The stare in his eye, the sinister grin and the tainted face lets you know that this villain is ruthless and unstoppable. Batman just looks like a series hero that will stop at nothing to keep garbage and evil off the streets of Gotham City. I had insane fun with creating this concept and I hope all of you enjoy drawing Joker and Batman too.
