Description: Since I have a thing for keeping up with the movies and all the new releases coming out, there is one particular movie that I am anxious to see that won’t be coming out until 2009. That movie is called He-Man Masters of the Universe. So in light of that information I just shared with you all, I will be teaching you how to draw He-Man from the animated television series that was created based on Mattel’s toy line that included many characters from The Masters of The Universe line. He-Man made his first television debut in the year of 1983 and ran until 1984 with a total of 65 episodes all fantastically entertaining. To this day He-Man remains one of the most popular children’s animated series of the 80’s. Well why shouldn’t it? I mean all the characters from the show were absolutely addictive in every which way. First off you had He-Man, who was a barbarian from the Eternian tribe. The planet that He-Man resides on is being rebuilt due to the battle of the Great Wars. The Wars left a trail of advanced machinery that was only known to certain chosen people. The Sorceress of Castle Greyskull gives He-Man a selection of these mysterious weapons and machinery to him to defeat evil set forth from the traitorous villain Skeletor. He-Man’s hidden identity is Prince Adam. Prince Adam is the son of King Randor and Queen Marlena. It is the power from the Sorceress of Castle Greyskull that turns the prince into the brave and powerful He-Man. He obtains this power by raising his sword and speaks the words “By the power of Greyskull, I have the power!” Not only does the Prince turn into a powerful transformed being, his green tiger named Cringer turns into a giant powerful full armored feline named Battle Cat. He also has a female companion that he is often seen with and her name is Teela, followed by Man-At-Arms, Ram Man, Sorceress who is the woman that is dressed like a big eagle, and there are many other characters that were part of the good side. Now, of all of them gathered together to battle the evil Skeletor and his henchmen. You will learn how to draw He-Man step by step with detailed instructions. I hope you have fun with this drawing tutorial. I will be back soon.
