Description: This is the final Ninja Turtle I will be submitting because there are no more to submit. I showed you all how to draw Michelangelo, Raphael, and Leonardo. Today you will all learn how to draw Donatello from TMNT. As you may or may not know, Donatello is the brains of the turtle bunch, for some odd reason that chemical goo made this ninja some what of a genius. As with his brothers, Donatello is often called Don or Donnie for short. His bandana or eye mask is typically purple which also happens to be his favorite color. His name comes from the famous Donatello, the Italian Renaissance sculptor. Now his weapon of choice is the bo which is the most historically accurate to the Ninja Juhakkei out of all of his four brothers, as Bojutsu is one of the eighteen disciplines of Ninjutsu. So obviously he is a skilled and talented fighter. Even though the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles had an animated series on TV, I remember the movies the most and they are my favorite. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the cartoons too, it’s just that the movies made them more real for me and more likable. Donnie is also the group's resident whiz kid. I mean it’s like he knows how to solve any problem and in the animated series he is responsible for all the mechanical creations like the car, the motorcycle, and the blimp. In the first movie Donatello becomes real good friends with Casey Jones, but in the other films Casey is close with Raphael. In the TMNT movie Donatello operates and runs an IT support team to make money for the family. He is also the most reserved out of the four as well, and he often tends to be a little too preoccupied with his own thoughts when he gets caught up in them. All in all Donatello is still an interesting and playful character. Oh, did I mention that pizza is not his only favorite food. This turtle enjoys sushi as well. Not only is he a technical reptile, but he also enjoys some of the finer things in life. I like Donatello; as a matter of fact I like all the ninja turtles. I am glad I had this chance to show you how to draw Donatello, Raphael, Leonardo, and Michelangelo. I hope all of you have a ton of fun with the TMNT tutorials. I know I had a blast drawing them out for all of you to learn from. Have a happy day my fellow artist.
