How to Draw Dartrix

Start with the guide shapes. This includes a head, torso and wings. Sketch in the facial guidelines as well.

Make the heart shaped head like horns. Be sure to make the left side curl a little on the face.

You will now draw in the owl like face starting with the thick eye slits and then draw the beak or nose.

Finish the shape of the face and then draw a fur like bow under the chin or in the middle of the neck.

Begin drawing out the body by starting with the sides, hips and legs. When that is done you will need to incorporate the spiked sides for the wings and then the bird like feet.

For your last and final step all you need to do is draw in the wings which are spread out in a feathery span. Add the markings on the ankles and then draw the hint of the tail between the legs. Erase the mistakes when you are done as well as the guid

Description: Let's step away from Halloween stuff for a moment and tackle a lesson on a Pokemon creature or a couple of Pokemons. Today I will be showing you how to draw Dartrix, step by step. This Pokemo is listed as being an being an avian Pokémon. As you can tell by the design, it is made to look like an owl. I for one think that Dartrix is a really pretty Pokemon and the colors are also so bright. Dartrix evolves from Rowlet and has almost all of the same abilities as Rowlet plus some new ones. If you are a Pokemon fan then you should already be familiar with Dartrix. I do know that this is an easy character or species to recreate so go ahead and have some good fun.
