First you draw the Hed and one of Jolteon's ears.

Next you draw Jolteon's other ear and the spikes around it's neck.

Then you add in the body,the feet,and the tail.

Now you add in the facial features.

Last but not least you add in color and you,have just learned how to draw a chibi Jolteon!!!!!
